my stomach looks puffy :( too much salty foods today. I ate Vietnamese food for all three meals so that explains it… :( 

EDIT: It looks like I have a weiner but I don’t LOLOL. It’s cause I sagged my underwear so I can take a picture of my hip lines :) 

Plus, I miss my long hair. I can’t help but feel insecure without my long hair lol. My hair is at this awkward stage right now that I can’t really style it and make it look RIGHT. arghhhhh

second day into livefit challenge week 4!!!!!!

Starting tomorrow until JUNE 2ND, I will be implementing a new workout regimen. I will still be following livefit however, I will split it into twice a day so I can do cardio two times. I have a wedding coming up (not mine) but I have to look my best. Cutting out the junk, salt, sugar and being super strict on my diet until then… AHHHH posting up a before picture as progress

i feel so tired!!!!!! and I’m hungry all the time. Finally friday. Gotta do somethin fun this weekend!!!

protein pancakes

why am I not able to make a single protein pancake? what is wrong? it just breaks apart and seeps over like crying goo :(( I want some protein pancakes!!!!!!

starting now I will start stretching again every day. It’s getting harder for me to do splits and I want to get even MORE flexible that I can do some crazy stretches like the straight scorpion. so tough!!!!

insanity

okay just some progress photos. I’m still sticking to the livefit plan. ALREADY three weeks in and i’m feeling good but today I couldn’t make it to the gym cause I’m studying for my physics midterm so I decided to do some cardio even though jamie eason told me not to :P 

already seeing some good changes to my waistline aka those hip flexor lines (vcuts) forming. 

and as a joke. just to show the INSANE amount of sweat from insanity. Who can stand being this sweaty….
